Ingredients:
● 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, cubed
● 1/2 pound Gruyere cheese, cubed
● 2 tablespoons flour
● 1 cup white wine
● 1 baguette, cubed
Directions:

  1. Place cheese, flour, and wine in the Instant Pot. Close the lid and set the
    cooking time for 5 minutes on high pressure. When pressure is released,
    open the lid and stir until smooth.
  2. Set Instant Pot to Keep Warm. Place the pot at the center of the table and
    use skewers to dip bread into the cheese.
