Cheese Fondue

Ingredients:
● 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, cubed
● 1/2 pound Gruyere cheese, cubed
● 2 tablespoons flour
● 1 cup white wine
● 1 baguette, cubed
Directions:
- Place cheese, flour, and wine in the Instant Pot. Close the lid and set the
cooking time for 5 minutes on high pressure. When pressure is released,
open the lid and stir until smooth. - Set Instant Pot to Keep Warm. Place the pot at the center of the table and
use skewers to dip bread into the cheese.
