Ingredients:
● 1 pound cauliflower, cut into bite-size chunks
● 1 tablespoon curry powder
● 1/4 teaspoon salt
● 2 tablespoons olive oil
● 1 cup water
● 1 cup mayonnaise
● 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
Directions:

  1. Toss cauliflower with curry powder, salt, and oil.
  2. Pour 1 cup water into the Instant Pot. Place a steamer basket over the
    water. Arrange the cauliflower in the basket.
  3. Close the lid and set cooking time for 3 minutes. Use quick release to
    remove the steam.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise and mustard. Serve alongside the cauliflower.
