Ingredients:
● 1 pound ground beef
● 1 egg
● 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
● 1 shallot, minced
● 1 cup grape jelly
● 1 cup Southern chili sauce
Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mash together beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and shallot. Shape
    mixture into walnut-sized meatballs.
  2. Stir together grape jelly and brown sugar in the Instant Pot. Arrange
    meatballs in the pot.
  3. Close lid. Set cooking time for 10 minutes on high pressure. Turn
    meatballs to coat in sauce. Serve on a plate with toothpicks.
