Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
● 1 pound white mushrooms, stems removed
● 2 tablespoons olive oil
● 2 garlic cloves, minced
● 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
● 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
● 1 cup water
Directions:
- Mix together oil, garlic, breadcrumbs, and cheese. Stuff the mushrooms
with the breadcrumb mixture. - Pour 1 cup water into the Instant Pot. Place the steamer basket over the
water and arrange the mushrooms in the basket. - Close lid and set cooking time for 4 minutes.
