Raisin Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
● 6 slices day-old bread
● 1/4 cup butter, melted
● 3 eggs
● 3 cups milk
● 1/2 cup white sugar
● 1/2 cup brown sugar
● 1 teaspoon vanilla
● 1 teaspoon cinnamon
● 1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
- Toss the bread with the butter. Sprinkle in raisins. Arrange the bread in a
baking pan that fits in the Instant Pot. - Whisk together eggs, milk, sugars, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour over the
bread. Press down to help the bread absorb the liquid. - Place a trivet in the Instant Pot. Pour enough water into the Instant Pot to
just reach the top of the trivet. Place the pan over the trivet. - Close the lid and set the cooking time for 25 minutes on high pressure.
Serve warm or chilled.
