Ingredients:
● 6 slices day-old bread
● 1/4 cup butter, melted
● 3 eggs
● 3 cups milk
● 1/2 cup white sugar
● 1/2 cup brown sugar
● 1 teaspoon vanilla
● 1 teaspoon cinnamon
● 1/2 cup raisins
Directions:

  1. Toss the bread with the butter. Sprinkle in raisins. Arrange the bread in a
    baking pan that fits in the Instant Pot.
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, sugars, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour over the
    bread. Press down to help the bread absorb the liquid.
  3. Place a trivet in the Instant Pot. Pour enough water into the Instant Pot to
    just reach the top of the trivet. Place the pan over the trivet.
  4. Close the lid and set the cooking time for 25 minutes on high pressure.
    Serve warm or chilled.
