Ingredients:
● 1/2 cup butter
● 1 cup sugar
● 2 eggs
● 1 teaspoon vanilla
● 2/3 cup flour
● 1/3 cup cocoa powder
● 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
● 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar, then beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla last.
    In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
    Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Pour batter into a baking pan
    that fits into the Instant Pot.
  2. Place a trivet in the Instant Pot. Add enough water to just reach the top of
    the trivet. Place the baking pan over the trivet.
  3. Close the lid and set the cooking time to 20 minutes. Serve brownies
    warm or room temperature.
