Ingredients:
● 1 cup uncooked rice
● 2 cups milk
● 1 cup sugar
● 1 cup water
● 1 teaspoon vanilla
● 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:

  1. Add rice, milk, sugar, and water to the instant pot. Stir to combine. Close
    lid and set cooking time for 10 minutes on high pressure. Allow steam to
    naturally release for 10 minutes, then use quick release for the remaining
    steam.
  2. Open the lid and stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Serve cold or warm.
