Ingredients:
● 1 prepared graham cracker crust in aluminum pan
● 1 package cream cheese, softened
● 1/2 cup sour cream
● 2 eggs
● 2/3 cup sugar
● 2 tablespoons cornstarch
● 2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:

  1. Beat together cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, and
    vanilla. Pour into pie crust.
  2. Place a trivet in the Instant Pot. Add enough water to reach the top of the
    trivet. Place the pie pan over the trivet.
  3. Close lid and set cooking time for 25 minutes on high pressure. Chill
    before serving.
