New York Cheesecake

Ingredients:
● 1 prepared graham cracker crust in aluminum pan
● 1 package cream cheese, softened
● 1/2 cup sour cream
● 2 eggs
● 2/3 cup sugar
● 2 tablespoons cornstarch
● 2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
- Beat together cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, and
vanilla. Pour into pie crust. - Place a trivet in the Instant Pot. Add enough water to reach the top of the
trivet. Place the pie pan over the trivet. - Close lid and set cooking time for 25 minutes on high pressure. Chill
before serving.
