Ingredients:
1 tbsp honey
3 cup chopped strawberries
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
½ cup chia seeds
Directions:

  1. Combine the coconut milk and strawberries in a blender and puree
    until smooth.
  2. Add the chia seeds, vanilla extract, and honey. Stir well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
