Ingredients:
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup low-fat milk
2 tbsps Pure maple syrup
½ cup brewed coffee
1 small ripe banana
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Directions:
Place the banana in a blender or food processor and purée.
Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth and creamy. Serve
immediately.
