1 tbsp honey
ΒΌ cup dark chocolate shavings
2 tsp Dark cocoa powder
1 cup sliced banana
2 cup low fat milk
1 cup uncooked quinoa

  1. In a saucepan, combine the milk with the dark cocoa powder and
    honey. Heat over medium to medium high heat until mixture
    bubbles, stirring frequently.
  2. Add the quinoa and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15-
    20 mins, or until most of the liquid is absorbed and grain is tender.
  3. Serve warm garnished with sliced banana and chocolate shavings, if
