1 tbsp honey
¼ cup dark chocolate shavings
2 tsp Dark cocoa powder
1 cup sliced banana
2 cup low fat milk
1 cup uncooked quinoa
- In a saucepan, combine the milk with the dark cocoa powder and
honey. Heat over medium to medium high heat until mixture
bubbles, stirring frequently.
- Add the quinoa and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15-
20 mins, or until most of the liquid is absorbed and grain is tender.
- Serve warm garnished with sliced banana and chocolate shavings, if
