Ingredients:
½ garlic clove, minced
½ cup canned tomatoes
¼ cup fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped
¼ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp sunflower seeds
½ cup canned tomatoes
½ tsp olive oil
2 whole eggs
pepper to taste
Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Take a small baking dish and grease with olive oil
  3. Add garlic, basil, tomatoes chili, olive oil into a dish and stir
  4. Crack eggs into a dish, keeping space between the two
  5. Sprinkle the whole dish with sunflower seeds and pepper
  6. Place in oven and cook for 12 mins until eggs are set and tomatoes
    are bubbling
  7. Serve with basil on top
