Mushroom Snacks

Ingredients:
4 Portobello mushroom caps
3 tbsp coconut aminos
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1 small garlic clove, minced
Directions:
- Set your broiler to low, keeping the rack 6 inches from the heating
source - Wash mushrooms under cold water and transfer them to a baking sheet
- Take a bowl and mix in sesame oil, garlic, coconut aminos, ginger and
pour the mixture over the mushrooms tops - Cook for 10 mins
